As a professionally trained Security Operative for JDAM Security, you could be part of a security team responsible for securing a wide variety of our clients premises. You may be required to conduct foot or vehicle patrols, control access to property, secure equipment and people, respond to emergency situations, monitor CCTV or help to identify and prevent criminal activity.

Casual Security Operatives (SIA)
The hours of work available are varied and flexible.You will form an essential part of the safety management team, controlling entry and maintaining good order whilst being aware of and ensuring the absolute care, comfort and well-being of a range of audiences.We strive to achieve a high level of customer care and to ensure all customers receive a good experience and service.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Screening a person’s suitability to enter the event or venue e.g. individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs or demonstrating anti social behaviour.
This includes those who are searching bags to ensure that there is no unauthorised access or any damage to property or injury to others.
Searching of persons and/or property to prevent items that are unauthorised or illegal from entering the premises e.g. cameras, alcohol, drugs or weapons.
Responding to incidents within crowds, queues or the audience to control behaviour which is antisocial, undesirable or likely to result in harm to others.
Ejecting individuals from a venue or event or designated area e.g. concert pit or backstage areas
Protecting a pitch, track or other identifiable area from spectators or others with the intention of preventing damage to property or persons.
Providing a security presence to prevent and detect crime within a designated area.
Guarding a property and/or equipment on site during the setup and breaking down of, for example, an event or exhibition.
Patrolling the perimeter of a premises to prevent unauthorised entry gained by individuals, through the climbing or breaching of any fences or barriers, or through being let in via an access
Protection of our clients assets, and property whether stationed as a manned guard or dispatched by mobile patrol/ keyholding services

Job Summary
**This is an on call role, therefore payment will only be when you are called out – a valid frontline SIA license is required, please do not apply unless you understand this and accept the terms stated below**
Due to expansion positions have become available for honest, reliable and courteous people in a role with our Alarm Response Department. This is an on call vacancy and you will be required to be available to respond to disturbances at our clients premises in a timely manner (no longer than 20 mins maximum).
We are looking to employ someone very quickly and will be an immediate start for the right applicant. Rate of pay will be a £15 on initial call-out then £10.00 per the hour for each consecutive hour you are on the client’s site the cost of fuel expenses will be 0.45p for the first 10,000 miles then 0.25p per mile thereafter.
The right applicant must have their own vehicle, clean driving license and be available between the hours of 19:00 – 07:00 7 days a week.

Responsibilities and Duties
The Response Officer will be responsible for:
Attending and checking a variety of premises, both residential and commercial
The operation of various alarm system control units – instructions will be provided in the assignment instructions.
Resolving problems which may involve liaising with the police and our customers or our own Service Technicians
Providing detailed written reports
Protection of clients keys and premises
Qualifications and Skills
The Requirements are: •
Clean current full driving licence
Able to complete reports
Able to confidently deal with a variety of situations
Clearly spoken and have a good telephone manner
Be able to work both under their own initiative and also in a flexible team environment
